Power Outages

At Brantford Power, delivering safe and reliable power is important to us. Sometimes, however, unscheduled power outages happen due to extreme weather or unforeseen equipment failure. In response to calls regarding power outages and to provide information about planned and unplanned outages, Brantford Power provides customer service personnel, including an after-hours emergency contact centre.
