We have upgraded our My Account online tool!
Brantford Power has upgraded My Account to serve you better! My Account has a fresh, new look and provides 24/7 access to the following self-serve options:
- View your bills online
- View your payment history
- Make a one-time payment
- Set up a recurring payment
Existing e-billing customers
All of the existing e-Billing features are still available. You can also view your billing and payment history and pay your bill directly from My Account. To ensure the security of your personal information, you are required to update your password to access the new My Account online tool. All existing e-billing customers will receive an email with further instructions.
Log into My Account
New My Account registrations
Please access the My Account online tool to register. You will need the following information from your current bill in order to register:
- Your new 8-digit account number beginning with the number 2 – Statement Date must be on or after April 23, 2019
- Amount due
- We suggest you that you take note of your Username and Password and keep them a secure place so that you can refer to them in the future when you log in to My Account.
