Power Outages

At Brantford Power, delivering a safe and reliable supply of electricity is important to us. Sometimes, however, unscheduled power outages happen due to extreme weather or unforeseen equipment failure. In response to calls regarding power outages and to provide information about planned and unplanned outages, Brantford Power provides customer service personnel, including an after-hours emergency contact centre.

Unplanned Outages

Before You Call
To reduce unnecessary service calls, please check to ensure the power interruption is not a result of a tripped breaker or blown fuse in your electrical panel. Also, check with your neighbours to see if their power is out.
